This policy explains what Mountain-City Pros collects when you use this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call us on (706) 313-1832 and ask.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical information every website receives.

• Information you send us. When you request an estimate you provide your name, phone number, project address and a description of the work, and optionally your email address and photographs. Our request form is operated by Jobber, and submitting it sends that information to our Jobber account so we can contact you and schedule a walkthrough.
• If you call or text us. Your phone number and whatever you tell us.
• Technical information. Your browser type, device, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you visit and the site or advert that sent you here.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you, quote your project and schedule the work.
• To keep a record of the job, the estimate and what was agreed.
• To understand which pages and adverts bring us enquiries, so we do not waste money on the ones that do not.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us run the business or complete your project.

Who else handles it

Some of this information passes through companies that provide services to us. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Jobber — our estimate request form, scheduling and customer records.
• Our website host and analytics providers — to serve this site and count visits.
• Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, where we run adverts, to measure whether an advert led to an enquiry.
• Our financing partner, Hearth, only if you choose to apply for financing. Any application you make is handled by Hearth and its lenders, not by us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic and advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting, and advertising platforms provide their own opt-out controls.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number we will use it to contact you about your project, including by text message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to run the business, honour any warranty on work completed, and meet our tax and legal obligations. After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (706) 313-1832 or write to us at the address below and we will deal with your request. Deleting your information may mean we can no longer service a warranty.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
