It depends on size, materials and what the site needs before we start, so we do not publish a price we would only have to change. We come out, measure, listen to what you want and give you a detailed estimate with payment milestones and no hidden fees. The visit is free and there is no obligation.
How long will it take?
Every job is different, so we give you a timeline along with your price at the walkthrough rather than a guess over the phone. Once we start, we work to that schedule, clean up daily and keep you updated the whole way through.
Composite or pressure-treated — which should I pick?
Composite costs more up front and gives you back the weekends you would spend sanding and staining. Pressure-treated costs less and does the job if you do not mind the upkeep. We will show you both at the walkthrough and tell you honestly which makes sense for your yard and how long you plan to stay.
Will I need a permit?
It depends on the work and on your county — requirements differ across Tennessee, north Georgia and northeast Alabama. We will tell you what your specific project needs during the walkthrough, before you commit to anything.
